Bluetooth Mic on AMD Not Working

Hey everyone;

Got Big Sur running wonderfully on my R9 3900x system using latest open core (just updated) but am having a strange bluetooth issue. Bluetooth itself works perfectly fine, but bluetooth audio input does not. I've tried on both my AirPods and Surface Headphones - the voice memos app will sit there and think about starting for a few seconds then just stop working. Teams/Zoom/other apps see the headset but do not pick up any audio.

Using an Intel AX200 wifi/bluetooth card and the following Kexts:

AirportItlwm.kext IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext IntelBluetoothInjector.kext AppleALC.kext NVMeFix.kext RestrictEvents.kext AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext SmallTreeIntel82576.kext VirtualSMC.kext WhateverGreen.kext Lilu.kext 

Any thoughts?
