Remove boot entires from OC?

Hey all,

I have an issue with opencore where on boot, the boot selection screen shows 2 windows boot selections. I think it stems from upgrading my ssd and reinstalling windows clean. The first boot drive boots into my windows install but the second one gives me an instant blue screen. Is there a way to remove the non functioning boot option?
