GPU suggestions

I'm planning to upgrade/downgrade my GPU for my current build to prepare for a hackintosh installation.

My current build is:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550ICPU: Ryzen 5 3600RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB

PSU: Corsair SF600 GoldGPU: RTX2060 SUPER FE

I primarily use my PC for some work (coding), and gaming from time to time. I'm looking to replace my 2060 SUPER into something else in order to dual boot into hackintosh and Windows 10.

I've checked:

- RX 570, it was cheap for a used one, but I don't want to downgrade too much from my current GPU.

- RX 5600XT, price too steep for its age

- Vega 56/64, haven't check these yet.

I also checked some of the posts here and so far I found that my some people here had success on their B550i and their Ryzen 5 3600 on their hackintosh, so I won't be upgrading my other parts.

What GPU can you guys recommend?

Edit: I would like to add that if a GPU exceeds a 600 USD, I might as well just buy a M1 Mac Mini since I'm just planning to do some web development stuff on the hackintosh.
