Catalina Boot stuck at [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] after removing bad RAM

This is a followup to this earlier post:

After removing two RAM sticks that failed memtest86 with hundreds of errors, I'm now unable to boot into macOS. Windows 10 boots fine, but none of four different SSDs that all booted fine before work. All get stuck at the same place: [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]

Here's a pic of the boot screen:

The only hardware change is my system now has 96Gb RAM instead of 128.

I'm running macOS Catalina 15.7 using Clover r5120. Before this hardware issue the system was rock solid.

It feels like I need to tweak a config setting somewhere because my system RAM has changed. I've tried searching on this but am coming up with nothing and am stumped.

Any ideas what I need to tweak to make macOS happy again? Full system specs below, thanks in advance for your help!
