RX480 black screen

Specs: Gigabyte x570i, Ryzen 9 5900x, MSI RX480 GPU, 64GB RAM. I'm running in a VM and have more or less followed OSX-KVM through and through. I can get everything to boot, have updated to OpenCore 0.6.6, and have updated all kexts (main ones being Lilu, WhateverGreen, and VirtualSMC), and configured SMBIOS settings for MacPro7,1 (also tried iMacPro1,1 with same results). I'm running under Linux KVM (headless single GPU setup that's confirmed working with Windows VM so I am sure this is not a KVM config issue); passing through the GPU to macOS leads to a black screen, no opencore screen, no login screen, nothing.

This is my first time really trying a hackintosh, so I would really appreciate the help. To my knowledge, the RX480 should be natively supported in macOS so my best guess is there is something misconfigured in my config.plist, maybe not picking the correct PCI device?... Thanks in advance!
