So I finally fixed the temps, by using an ssdt to completely turn the 1650 off, and Catalina runs really smooth, and games like Minecraft run really well on the Intel uhd 630, battery life is still a bit less than windows 10, but if anyone can do suggest how I can optimise MacOS for even better runtimes asides from undervolting, and also why my iGPU becomes active intermittently when watching videos. https://imgur.com/gallery/RIhc7bO

What doesnt work or unsure of HDMI (unsure) Thunderbolt 3 USB C (unsure) GTX 1650 SD card reader Sleep (crashes laptop that it wont wake unless restarted forcefully) Fingerprint sensor Bluetooth.
