Random Freeze that will reboot the machine

very new to hackintosh scheme

using big sur 11.1 and the rest of system and configuration are in https://github.com/wendyliga/ryzentosh

the freeze will happend randomlyit will freeze 10-15s, mouse is not moveable, but music (from spotify) and notification sound (from slack) is still there.

I can assure that it's not a hardware problem, use the same machine to windows as gaming pc, and basically no problem at all

after 10-15s it will reboot, and show screen of dead

any idea guys?
