Problems with warm reboot after switching motherboard to Asus Prime Z390-P

After my previous MB (MSI Z370-something) burned down, I had to switch my motherboard. Running MacOS Big Sur / Windows 10 dual boot on two different SSD. Bootloader OpenCore 0.6.3. Intel 8700K, PowerColor Red Devil 5700 XT. After swiching the motherboard, I cannot warm reboot (normal reboot) - the fans start spinning at 100%, screen goes black, nothing more happens. When rebooting verbose, the last messages are "MACH Reboot. Gtrace synchronization point 15e".

Cold reboot (shut down, start again) works perfectly.

The problem happens both when trying to reboot from Big Sur and Windows 10, which leads my to believe it's a problem in the BIOS or config.plist, but I don't know how to troubleshoot.

Anyone with any suggestions on where to start?
