OpenCore boot-up display only showing on HDMI, my main monitor is on DisplayPort, any way to tell OC which display to show the boot options on?

I'm running an AMD 5700 XT and my main display is using display port and I have a 2nd screen (a TV that's not always turned on) using HDMI. Whenever I boot I only see the boot options on my TV :(

When I disconnect the HDMI cable everything works fine and displays on my monitor but as soon as I connect the TV via HDMI it shows the boot selection and loading info on there.

Googled around trying to find a clue and haven't found anything. Anyone else run into something like this? Any solutions??
