I have asked this before but got no answers but my XPS 15 with the i5-9300h refuses to idle the CPU below 1ghz even with CPUFriend and the kext provider, no matter how much I tweak it, can anyone please help as to how could I fix this problem, thanks https://imgur.com/gallery/mXR402w
