BigSur installer crashing at installation with error 'Service exited due to SIGKILL'

Device specs-

Model- HP Pavilion x360

CPU- Intel Core i5-7200U (Kaby Lake)

Graphics- Intel HD620

Network- Intel AC-3168

Storage- Micron 500gb SATA SSD

RAM- 16GB 2133mhz DDR4

Sound- Realtek ALC 295

Bootloader- OpenCore 0.6.4

So the issue is that the BigSur installer crashes at 12 min remaining mark and directs to this screen immediately after crashing. I did a sanity check on the config.list and it returned without any error. At the moment I am running Opencore Catalina 0.5.9 and was making a fresh USB stick of BigSur.
