Need Help Booting the Installer from OpenCore

Have gone thru everything in the troubleshooting guide 3x. Trying to install Catalina.

System specs:

Ryzen 5 2600

MSI B450 Tomahawk

16gb DDR4 RAM @ 3200Mhz

Radeon RX 5500XT

Sandisk 480gb SATA SSD

TP Link Archer T6E PCIE wifi card

In the OpenCore picker, the options are

  1. EFI (External)
  2. Windows
  3. Windows
  4. OpenShell.efi
  5. Reset NVRAM

If I click 3, my computer bluescreens. If I hit 2, it boots windows normally, and if I hit 1, it starts to boot OpenCore, spits out this error message, and then goes into a kernel panic that is not logged.
