Catalina Hackintosh: change SSDT open clover

I am new on hackintosh and I created USB boot with gibMacOS-master and i am using open clover .

Now i want to make Config.plist, the problem is here ! I don't know nothing about that how can i change Config.plist ?

For example What SSDT i have to use?

Where is the SSDT on my hardware ?

And How can i found?
