Team Red and iOS Simulator

Hi guys —

I know that using AMD CPUs and virtualization do not work well, but does the iOS Simulator work? It technically isn't a virtual machine and runs native (amd64 / x86_64) binaries, so can anyone confirm it works? I would like to go red for greater value / price and core count, but I NEED the iOS Simulator to work for my dev work. Thanks!
