OC can't see installation partition on HP Elite book 820 G1

I've gotten opencore to boot, but the only option available is to clear NVram. No options to boot install media. I've tried to setup the UEFI as best I could to the guide, but it seems pretty locked down from hp. Attached is my plist, I'm sure I've overlooked something. 🤷🏼‍♂️
