Internet Installer reboots after the download is almost complete?

I tried to install macos with the internet installer twice yesterday. Every time the download is about 90% complete, my pc reboots and there is nothing installed on the hard disk. When i try to exit the installer from the macos utilities screen i get a message "choose a media to boot from" and i can't select my hard disk. Also with the Clover boot manager I can only select install macos.
