Problem:
Whenever I want to shut down Catalina I get this kernel panic. I've reinstalled like 5 times and I still get the same error. I've moved the EFI from the USB to the PC like it says in the guide, and now it boots without it but I get this error.

I'm gonna try this fix for x99 Haswell-E Power Management error seen here
Can anyone help? I've already searched for this error but I couldn't find anything with my same kernel panic.
