I just installed a NZXT Kraken x63 AIO cooler, and my CPU temps are still super high when I run Cinebench...like 90s up to 100*C. (I had the same issue when air cooling.) What could be the issue?? Is it a defective chip? Do I need to start seriously undervolting? Something else? Thanks in advance for your help!

Edit: should I clean off the pre-applied thermal paste on the water pump and apply my own? I doubt that’s the root of the issue, but could it help?
