Greetings members of this community.
After reading the install, post install and troubleshooting written guides, I still have trouble with getting into open core without hassle.
The only way for me to boot properly is by resetting the CMOS by shorting the jumpers on my mobo and then powering on, otherwise, I just get a no signal screen before ever seeing opencore or my BIOS. Inside macOS everything works flawlessly, heck, I'm even writing inside of it.
I'm going to try DevirtualiseMMio: True and check out what happens.
Here are my error logs and EFI folder in case someone wants to check them out.

BIOS settings:
- Fast Boot: Off
- Secure Boot: Off
- Serial/COM Port: Off
- Parallel Port: Could not find it
- Compatibility Support Module (CSM): Off
- Above 4G decoding: Could not find it, boot-args has the npci=0x2000 setting
- EHCI/XHCI Hand-off: Could not find it.
- SATA Mode: AHCI
