Severe artifacts that disappear after a HDMI replug..

When I'm booting up, after I log in, there are severe artifacts, but I have noticed that if I switch HDMI ports on my monitor, then it is fine.

Strangely I did have 2 monitors temporarily, and there was no problem. Only a problem on a single monitor setup..

Using OC(0.6.2) with WhateverGreen latest.

Hardware:

Radeon HD 7790 1 GB

Gigabyte B450M DS3H

Ryzen 5 2600

I assume I need to pass some flags to Whatevergreen etc? Any ideas?
