PROBLEM:
Every time I press the Macos Catalina installer on the Clover boot screen (On my MSI) the screen just turns black, the pc remains on, but whenever I press my on/off button on the laptop it immeditally turns off. (I’ve tried the -x to boot into verbose but it just does the same as above, black screen, can immeditally turn off no problem)
EXPLENATION
So, I’ve been following a few tutorials on how to boot from an external usb drive.
I went around to installing the using the Catalina.app I had lying around. From January. (By using the createinstallmedia —nointeraction —volume /Volumes/USB
Then I installed clover to that medium and put my kexts in there (The Others folder) Those include: AppleALC.kext AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext FakeSMC.kext Lilu.kext SMCBatteryManager.kext USBInjectAll.kext VoodooPS2Controller.kext WhateverGreen.kext
