First time using OpenCore and getting stuck at boot

System specs:

• Ryzen 2600

• Gigabyte B450m

• 16gb RAM with XMP profile enabled

• 256gb NVME boot drive with Windows already installed, but with an empty partition for MacOS

• Sapphire RX 580 GPU

I'm getting stuck at [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] with the current time each time I try booting into my Catalina 10.15.7 installer. I read this post about setting RebuildAppleMemoryMap differently than the OC guide suggests, but that didn't resolve the problem.

The log also shows [EB|`B:WFDW] Err(0xE), 0 @ LocHB 71B4903C-14EC-42C4-BDC6-CE1449930E49 right before the START message. I looked that up and it let me to the fix above which didn't work, like I mentioned.

My BIOS is set per the guide and I've tried the prebuilt SSDT-USBX.aml as well as one dumped from my own system. No change.
