I just got my 1TB 970 Evo NVME drive today, just waiting for the DW1560 which is in transit... then I'll pull the trigger on my Mojave Hackbook Pro project...
I'm putting the 1TB in my desktop Hackintosh (i7-8700 + RX 580), and I'll use that 500GB Intel 660p to replace the PM961 Samsung in the Dell laptop. The NVME speed is locked at 2x anyway, so I won't give up any performance, and I will double the capacity :-)
should go pretty smoothly...
