Decided to hack this one and to my surprise it is performing well than windows 10. I know the specs weren't that good but at least it is usable now. Might upgrade SSD/RAM/WiFi soon since I was able to get everything working except for the continuity features that isn't supported on intel wifi/bt cards. :) For those who own the same laptop and want to try, you may follow Dortania guide with OpenCore 0.6.2.
