[T480, KBL-R] Colour banding issues. Only fix is to spoof iGPU as HD520

Hi, I would like to ask about little assistance with this issue.

From what I have read over internet, colour banding is common problem on many Kaby Lake laptops and there is no single working fix except spoofing iGPU as 00001619 (HD520). That's awful solution as Lilu must be configured for Skylake too with lilucpu=8, another kernel arguments are required and HEVC encoding does not work. I've of course tried every ig-platform-id and device-id for Kaby Lake including common ones like 00001659, 0000C087 and results are the same

I have also read about possibility to fix this withigfxfcmsfbs, but that is useless.
