Stuck at green scrambled Recovery screen Ryzen 3700x

Hi

I have a gigabyte Aorus x570 Elite with Ryzen 3700x

Gpu: Sapphire rx 5700xt

Ram: 32GB 3200MHz

I have tried troubleshooting in opencore guide and also tried with different setting in bios and in boot args...like enabling and disabling above 4G decoding, adding and removing ncpi=0x2000 , and with agdpmod=pikera shikigva=80....no reason what I try...I am stuck here...We could recognize that is the recovery screen....cursor movers around the screen...but other than that nothing...

Does any one had this similar issue?

If any one have a solution happy to try that..
