No config.plist file when I mount EFI with Clover

I'm on Mojave OpenCore, everything went smooth except my R7 360 has no acceleration and has only 3MB.

1. Can I make GPU work, and how? Any tutorial is highly appreciated!
2. I can't find config.plist file, should I create it and how?
3. How can I make iMessage work?

I Googled for some time and couldn't find how to do this all.
