Has optional SMBIOS injection feature merged into upstream OpenCore?

I have a triple-boot environment set up on my machine: - Linux for day-to-day use, - Hackintosh for media-related works, - Windows for games.

Linux and Windows are not very happy with the ACPI table patching and SMBIOS injection done by OpenCore -- CPU power management is broken and internet refuses to work.

I am aware of n-d-k's fork of OpenCorePkg, but currently my configuration works on OC version >= 0.6.0.

Personally, I think having optional SMBIOS injection feature seems very natural as OpenCore now has pretty nice GUI boot picker shipped with it by default. Has this feature been implemented in upstream? If not, is there a plan to implement one? If there is an issue related to this, please let me know as I would like to get notified about the discussion.
