I have made further progress on these specs:

ASUS PRIME H310M-E, i3-8100 with uhd 630, NVidia GK 710 2GBDDR5, 16 GB RAM 2133 Hz, Realtek 8111H LAN, DELL USB KEYBOARD, DELL BLUETOOTH MOUSE WITH USB ADAPTER.
