CPU in Turbo after wake

This problem has been bothering me for quite a while and I can't figure out what's happening. Every once in a while (it doesn't happen always), after I wake the device, CPU goes to turbo speeds (between 3GHz and 3.8GHz) and stays there forever, unless I reboot the system. There are no processes using a lot of the CPU, so it's just how fast it's going. CPU usage gets to max 10% ˜ 15%, but the speeds are really high and temperature as well, of course.

Afaik, SSDT-PLUG is set up properly, CPUFriend is set up properly, and Activity Monitor doesn't help me at all. Anyone got an idea about what may be causing this behavior?

Specs are as follows:

DELL Inspiron 5480 (i5 8265U / UHD620 + MX150, disabled)

If anyone wants to take a look, this is my EFI. I have tried disabling unnecessary SSDTs and patches, the problem still persists.
