Catalina boot drive & Opencore not showing up in BIOS

Hi all.

I just finished (or so I thought) my first Hackintosh build today and using the guides on Dortania for an Opencore Hackintosh I was able to get the OS up and running, and set up on my drive. Then I took the USB stick out and all of a sudden my NVME with MacOS no longer shows up in Bios, I don't even have an option to boot from it. I'm fairly new to all of this so please bear with me. Here's the parts list:

CPU : Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor

CPU Cooler : Noctua NH-U12S 55 CFM CPU Cooler

Motherboard : Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory : Crucial Ballistix 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Storage : Crucial MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Storage : Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

Video Card : Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8 GB PULSE Video Card

Case : Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case

Power Supply : EVGA SuperNOVA G1+ 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Is there something I might've missed in the config? I used the sanity checker within Dortania and it said everything should be fine but I have no idea why my boot isn't showing up

Tl;dr Opencore shows up ONLY when my USB boot is plugged into my computer and then I can run macOS. The second I remove it I can't
