Can I get H264 encoding on my RX570?

I use my Hackintosh to edit videos in final cut pro. My footage is from Sony a6400 4K XAVC 60 Mbps bitrate. What I have noticed during exporting the video, is that if I try exporting in H264, the export takes a long time. Only my CPU is used and GPU remains at 0%. So I just export to ProRres 422 LT which happens faster. Activity monitor also shows about 9% GPU usage.

Is there a way that I can use my GPU to export H264?
