Steps:

!. Get macOS flashed onto your usb with your preferred EFI configuration ( my case I used a prebuild clover EFI)

  1. Boot into the Installer and Erase the 2nd USB with HFS+ or with newer OS's use APFS.

3 After the Installation has fully gone through, setup macOS as usual and get to the desktop

  1. Download the Kexts and flash them onto the USB with the macOS installation

  2. Reboot

  3. Boot into macOS again and you should see your internal Hard Drives

  4. Use Carbon Copy Cloner to Clone your USB onto your internal HD

8 . Install Clover onto the HD and insert the EFI folder from your USB

9 Reboot and you have macOS fully running!

NOTE: For High Sierra and Under use Kext Utility (http://cvad-mac.narod.ru/files/Kext_Utility.app.v2.6.6.zip) for Mojave and up Use Kext Droplet for higher chance of success (Kext-Droplet.dmg.zip)
