I am on 10.15.1 w. Clover and want to update to 10.15.6 with OC. A friend suggests a clean install. I plan on using Time Machine on an HDD and CCC on a SSD, not sure if I should remove my EFI files on the drive before doing either one.
Ideally, I'd like to do the clean install, make sure everything works and then get all my files / programs back onto the new drive the way I had them before. Anyone care to chime in on best practice? Some apps I downloaded outside of the App Store.
