Clover to OpenCore Conversion Help (Catalina)

I have pretty much lost the will to live trying to get this working so any help would be very much appreciated. I am trying to convert from clover to opencore. It is an Ivy Bridge system so i followed the Dortania Ivy Bridge guide and then the clover conversion guide. However, every single time i boot i get

apfs_module_start:1689: load: com.apple.filefsytem.apfs, v1412.120.2, apfs-1412.120.2 

and it just hangs on that. my boot log always ends with

[EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] 

I have tried the steps mentioned in the general troubleshooting stuck on [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] page and suggestions from many other sources. but still no luck.

My new OpenCore EFI is in my github repo as well as my working clover EFI, and some images of the errors I am getting.

My System:
HP Z420 Workstation
Intel Xeon E5-1650 v2 CPU
Nvidia Quadro K4000 GPU
32GB ECC DDR3
OpenCore 0.6.0

If anyone is able to help me get this system running I will be eternally grateful.
