This is a Dell XPS 9333, 2.4 Ghz i5, 8 Gb ram, 128G SATA ssd, and a DW1820A wifi/bt card.
I followed the Opencore Vanilla guide and modified a config list and efi for a Dell xps 9360. Wifi and bt are working thanks to the broadcom kexts. The original intel wifi card using the itlwm kext and the Helipad app worked for wifi, with slow wifi and intermittent bt, with the 7260ngw intel card. Many thanks to Tyler Lefko and PC-macOS for his help with the hiccups along the way. He guided my rudimentary knowledge very skillfully.
