Hey guys I built a new USB and took my time and follow the right guide but the OS seems to be booting up through recovery instead. I can't really do anything. Only option is to re install OS but my Pc doesn't have network because I'm using an USB to ethernet cable. I tried to install high sierra due to it having nvidia drivers.
