Which nuc to hackintosh

I have two nuc devices I got off ebay

Model - D54250WYK - Barebone - UCFF - 1 x Core i5 4250U / 1.3 GHz - HD Graphics 5000 - GigE. Have 12gb Ram and 240gb ssd m slot I have Broadcom bc94311 or May order a newer card.

Model - Intel NUC5i5RYK Desktop Mini PC Computer (Silver/Black) - (Intel Core i5 i5-5250U 1.60 GHz, HD Graphics 6000, DDR3l SDRAM - has 8gb ram and a 240gb ssd 2.5 drive. Will add a m2 ssd later.

Which of these models would be the best to create a Mac mini from running with everything working and the latest os as possible. Even if it means swapping wifi cards or using USB adapters to get things working.

Not done hackintosh since before iatokos so really out of knowledge.

Can anyone advice please
