What's the methodology of checking for IRQ conflicts?

Any utilities etc to do this?

I believe SSDTTime has an SSDT-HPET creation option. Does it automatically locate and patch IRQ conflicts based off the DSDT given? How do you know if you don't have any IRQ conflicts in the first place?
