Issues with audio after sleep on z390 Hack

So everything seems to be working most of the time hardware wise, but now I'm getting intermittent clicks and pops through my audio interface.

Setup: ASUS z390 Prime A Proc: i9 Gfx: Saffire rx 5700 xt Memory: 2x32 viper 3200

Audio: Focusrite 2nd gen Software affected : zoom and ableton and audio loopback.

So after a sleep, zoom seems to lose connection, my interface needs to be power cycled, and from that point on there are clicks and pops and every couple hours zoom needs to "reset the audio connection".

This doesn't seems to be an ableton only issue, and lately the ableton interface itself will stop refreshing when it doesn't have focus (although the audio is still playing correctly).

If I switch between too many windows I get a pop. If I try to change other audio programs audio settings I get audio resets, and audio stops across my system.

Any advice?

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot from here. Nothing is crashing and the audio was crystal clear from my previous hack, a Dell 7590 xps 15.
