Installation issues

Hey guys,

Having a few problems doing a fresh install of of Mojave on the following build

Gigabyte H170N Wifi
Intel Skylake i5
Corsair 16gb
Cougar QBX
XX Radeon RX 580

Originally I had it built as a Hack mini the same as Snazzy Labs Skylake one

This was working well for a couple of years until it stopped working.

I have since added the graphics card and have it as a pc gaming setup but now want to have another drive with Mojave on it so I can do image editing work as well.

I tried installing Mojave based on Tonymacx86's Mojave installation guide. Seemed to be able to successfully create boot usb boot drive. However once I try and boot from the usb, the apple progress bar gets about half way, then a grey circle with a line through it comes up and it goes no further.

Would anyone have any advice on how to get past this stage or an alternative guide based on my specs?
