HD630 dual monitor not working

I installed macOS Catalina, but I cant use HDMI & DVI monitors.

I followed this guide to patching, when I connect only DVI monitor, it's working, if I connect two monitor only HDMI monitor working!

Please help me!

Hackintool result when I using both monitor or only HDMI monitor
