Haven't done much to my Hackintosh other than update kexts and stuff. Recently it's been crashing - need help figuring out why

Hey, my Hackintosh is crashing a lot recently. I used a vanilla install, running 10.14.6 atm. Don't know what's causing these kernel panics, here's the error report of one that just happened a few minutes ago.

What's the reason for it? Seems to be something relating to audio but I've had the same audio setup for years, what's suddenly making it crash? I keep my headphones plugged into my Blue Yeti which is then plugged into my machine. About 30 seconds before the panic occurred, my audio stopped for a few seconds system-wide and then went back to normal.
