Hackintosh mouse-headphone stuttering

Hi,
I am new to hackintosh and just managed to install catalina semi-successfully. I used opencore 0.59. Everything (Airdrop, imessage, facetime, bluetooth, wireless) worked as soon as I logged in to icloud.

However, I keep getting stuttering on my Bluetooth headphones (I tried 2 different set of headphones) synchronized with stuttering on mouse movement every couple of minutes.

I checked the Cinebench r20 score to see if cpu is performing well or not. It is performing even better than the score in windows. Not sure if it is relevant but, windows:4800, Catalina:5100.

I havent done the usb mapping yet since it looks a little bit complicated. Can it be the reason?

what else can be the reason for the keyboard mouse lagging issues? I tried with both magic mouse keyboard combo (bluetooth) and dell wireless combo (usb dongle).

here is my setup;

CPU:Ryzen 3700x
GPU: 5500xt
RAM: Corsair 16gb 3200mhz
Motherboard:B450 Tomahawk
Ethernet Card: 8111H
Wifi/BT Card: bcm94360CS2 (with pcie adaptor connected to an usb2 header )
