I've been having some issues with power management on my hackintosh and wanted a way to monitor my gpu temperature, so I tried installing iStat menus. I gave the program permission to install some required components, and my computer instantly crashes. If I reboot, the computer crashes again within five seconds of logging in. I'm guessing something that istat installed is causing a kernel panic. I tried booting in safe mode with -x in Clover, but I only get the "no entry" sign. I've also tried some of the other clover boot options such as single user mode and "block injected kexts" etc. with no luck.
What can I do to fix this short of a fresh install of macOS? I would think safe mode would work, but my computer doesn't even want to let me do that.
