Connected my mac drive to PC and macOS just works?!

So a couple of days ago I decided to venture back into the hackintosh land (I had hackintoshed two laptops back in 2009) and see how things fare. I started with an OpenCore tutorial, but encountered some problems, and decided to go with Niresh's build (I know, read on) just to see if it can be achieved easily. I had great success with it and very quickly everything worked perfectly (including updates), sans sleep (didn't bother with patching my ports properly at that point). Surprised by how smoothly everything went, I decided to dig some more and discovered that Niresh and other distros are frowned upon (and understandably so).

Here comes the surprising part. Since I need to sell my iMac 2013 (27") and I have the SSD drive which I used to boot it from (just a carbon copy of the originally included HDD), I decided to connect that SSD to my PC and copy the data. It showed up in my Clover menu, so I decided to go for it and see what would happen if I tried to boot into it. It booted into macOS and everything - apart from my sound card and wifi dongle - just worked! I have to admit I was stunned. I installed a kext for my dongle, AppleALC and... success! I even managed to update it to 10.15.6 without any issues. I'm sure I'll run into some problems soon, but I had no idea connecting my mac drive to PC would just work. So far I've noticed not every USB port works, but that is to be expected.

Hackintoshes have come a long way. With this post I'd like to say hello everyone.
