Can someone point me the right direction??

Trying to hackintosh an old Dell Optiplex 790 DT and i have prepared the usb with OC 0.5.9 and when i try to boot from the usb it shows this message.I thought i messed up with OC so i tried Clover and the result was again the same..Can someone point me what is wrong with it?
