Can i use a secondary dirve for hackintosh and exclude the main ssd?

I'll try to explain better:

i have a clevo laptop, I7 10 Gen, RTX 2060, 16 Gb RAM and 2 ssd, a 2Tb m2 with windows on it, and a 1Tb sata.

Now, what i want to do is try to keep windows in the m2 one, and exclude it (maybe in the bios) to boot the other one with OSX. The point is that i don't want to mess with the m2 installing the bootloader.

Is it possible to do something like that? do you have any alternatives?
