Bluetooth but no sign of wifi with FV-T919

After the latest Catalina update my previous PCIe wifi card stopped working. So I bought the easy option, this plug and play BCM94360CD-based card.

Alas, I can't get it to work for the life of me. The card doesn't show up in System Report under PCI or Network:

Does anyone have a good guide for walking through what might be misfiring? Tried different PCIe slots, which had no effect, and I tried some of the kexts that shouldn't be required. Also, the card seems to work fine under Ubuntu 20

Some relevant details:

• Opencore 0.5.9 (upgrade from Clover, not a fresh install, but I believe I cleaned Clover out correctly)
• Intel Skylake (i7-6700k) with a Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5
• Radeon RX Vega 56
