What's the best version for Dell Vostro 5560 laptop to run hackintosh?

I have been with Windows 10 for so long that I want to try something new. LINUX, especially Ubuntu is something really boring for me. I just want to install Hackintosh alongside Windows 10 on 1 HDD, is this impossible?

My laptop's configuration: DELL VOSTRO 5560 -Core i5 3230M -4Gb Ram DDR3 -1TB HDD Storage -2Gb NVIDIA GForce GT630M
